The room was spacious and clean! Breakfast offered many choices. I especially enjoyed the variety. The hotel provided free parking directly in front. I found this very useful. The location is near the metro station and a shopping center. This added great convenience.

The reception staff demonstrated willingness to assist and also spoke fluent English. Their assistance was very valuable, especially with directions and recommendations. They seemed dedicated. I did appreciate their friendly attitude.

The location proved super convenient. i found the metro station quite close. the breakfast was very good. there were many choices, and everything tasted fresh. also, the room came with complimentary tea and coffee. It helped me unwind after a long day.

the minibar fridge was not working properly, a slight inconvenience.

the room was quite big. i liked the air conditioning with the heating function (it reached up to 30 degrees celsius during the winter months!). the wi-fi worked really well, it seemed like there was a minibar available. i appreciated how quiet it was on each side of the room.

i found that cleanliness could be improved, as it needed a bit more attention. however, i didn't face any significant issues .
